We are a leading collection agency working closely with the law firm HAVEL & PARTNERS since 2009. We deal with the management and recovery of non-performing debts and loan portfolios in the B2C and B2B segment, including the administration of non-performing loans within the meaning of Act No. 84/2024 Coll., on The Market for non-performing loans.

Our team consists of more than 130 employees and collaborating specialists in our offices in Prague, Brno, Olomouc and Ostrava. We strategically cooperate with the most important bailiff offices, detective agencies or field collectors.

Since November 19th 2024, Cash Collectors Servicing s.r.o. has also been licensed as a Non-performing Loan Administrator in accordance with Act No. 84/2024 Coll., on The Market for non-performing loans and is also authorised to receive funds from debtors. Control over Cash Collectors Servicing s.r.o. as a Non-performing Loan Administrator is performed by The Czech National Bank (www.cnb.cz).

Judicial and extrajudicial enforcement

extrajudicial debt collection, judicial debt collection in collaboration with a cooperating law firm

Enforcement

after the legal recognition of the claim within the court proceedings, the immediate submission of the enforcement proposal in cooperation with the cooperating law firm
